Jeremy is from Chicago and lives full time in Palm Beach, where he is a real estate investor, broker, and operator. 

Before Palm Beach, Jeremy worked directly under a broker/developer Howard Ecker in Chicago, where he represented office/industrial tenants and was part  of a $86 million office and land deal. After working with Howard, he started his own short-term rental management company, which he sold to his Partners. He then started a short-term rental investment and management company, which he still heads today with locations in Chicago, Palm Beach, and Texas.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Tonya, and their Frenchie, Oscar. He is part of the Leadership Council of the Western Golf Association and is an Evans Scholar Alumni. He enjoys golf, tennis, squash, reading, and poker. 

Jeremy holds his real estate license in Illinois and Florida, and he holds his insurance license in Florida.
